1. Introduction

Welcome to Ethosium (ethosium.digital). These Terms of Service govern your use of our digital self-growth tools, including services, information products, and goods. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Ethosium provides digital self-growth services such as coaching sessions, workshops, and live webinars. Service schedules and details are outlined at the time of booking.

2.1 Scheduling and Postponement

You may request to postpone a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting our team via the contact form. Postponements are allowed once per service. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible.

2.2 Refund Policy for Services

Service fees are generally non-refundable due to the reservation of exclusive time with our experts. However, if you cannot attend for valid reasons (e.g., illness), you may request a credit equivalent to the paid fee. Credits must be used within six months of issuance and apply only to future services of equal or lesser value. Credits are not transferable to other users.

2.3 No-Refund-Exceptions

Certain premium packages or limited-time events may explicitly state “no refund.” In such cases, this condition will be clearly indicated on the purchase page. This ensures fairness to all participants and protects the integrity of limited-availability offerings.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital courses, ebooks, templates, and recorded sessions sold on Ethosium.

3.1 Review Period

All digital downloads and access-based products are subject to a 14-day review period from the date of purchase. During this time, you may request a refund if you have accessed less than 10% of the content.

3.2 Refund Process for Information Products

To request a refund within the review period, contact us via the contact form. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment source. After the 14-day period or if more than 10% of content has been accessed, all sales are final to protect intellectual property and content integrity.

4. Goods

Physical items, such as workbooks or merchandise, purchased on Ethosium digital shop are shipped from Bahnhofstrasse 1, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.

If a product is defective, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery via the contact form to arrange an or refund. You must send the item back in its original condition. Customers are responsible for sending costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
